Digital is a space where the creative possibilities are endless in their scope and also their effect on society. I have been on a digital journey for as long as I’ve been a designer, it is a constantly evolving entity that we are all part of. What drives me is how we can design and use digital technologies with intelligence, creativity and heart.
I believe teams thrive on open and shared creativity, it doesn't matter where the idea comes from if it works it works. It's essential to allow play, structured experimentation and exploration as part of the design process between disciplines. Teams need to balance business plans, objectives, delivery and costs alongside the need to take an idea for a walk and create products and experiences that truly connect. Multiple skillsets collaborating with a shared vision will create a smoother, more efficient delivery process and ultimately deliver market leading products for the customer and the business.
